About
I came across Nutritional Therapy because of my own health issues.

Working long hours and looking after a family and a home meant that I was no longer looking after myself.
I began to suffer from issues of constipation, bloating, rosacea, tiredness, poor memory, irritability, and an overwhelming feeling of being unable to cope.
The path to wellness is a continuous journey full of self-discovery. Mistakes will be made along the way but they serve to teach us something.
Being able to bring myself back to good health and positivity through food and wellness has shown me what is truly possible and I would like to share that with other people.

Having that helping hand when you are going through a difficult time can make all the difference.

My Mission

Is to support women of all ages to be able to perform at their best through all the challenges and stages of their life. To give them the tools to be able to take back control of their own health and wellbeing journey through an understanding of how to nourish and cherish themselves.
To enable them to live a life full of vitality and be able to bring all that they are to create a life filled with joy and self accomplishment.
My Approach

I listen to my clients to get a real understanding of what is troubling them and the problems they are facing.
I like to work with my clients to find solutions that they feel are manageable and are excited to implement into their daily lives to help improve their symptoms.
It is important that the plan is achievable, personalised and that my clients feel motivated, happier and more in control of their own health and wellbeing journey. I want them to learn to love food again.
